On Sunday, the first of August, the team of the E-Learning Unit at the University Vice Presidency, headed by Dr. Amani Al-Juwair, accompanied by Dr. Lafai Alsulami, Dean of the Applied College at the University, visited the Digital Content Development Center at the Deanship of IT and Distance Learning, to check out the center’s preparations for developing academic courses and programs and the services it provides in this regard. The visit came under the direction of Dr. Mushari Al-Osaimi, Vice President for Educational and Academic Affairs.
During the visit, Dr. Youssef Al-Harbi, Vice Dean of E-Learning, provided a detailed explanation of the capabilities, resources and devices available at the center and the services it provides to all university employees. Then, Dr. Yasser Badr reviewed the detailed plan prepared for the development of electronic courses at the university and the methodology used to develop them.
It is worth noting the efforts of the Digital Content Development Center team, in coordination with the National Center for E-Learning, in implementing the standards for electronic entities, programs and courses.
